Welcome to JvE Advice and Climate-Data.info. These Terms of Service describe the rules and conditions that apply to the use of our services, including the provision of climate data reports.

1. Services and Report Requests

  • JvE Advice offers custom climate data reports. Each report request is processed and delivered within 24 hours of receiving the request, provided that payment conditions are met.
  • For Single Pack requests, payment must be made in full before the report is delivered.

2. Delivery and File Formats

  • All climate data reports are delivered in PDF format.
  • Purchased weather data is provided as a separate Excel file, allowing you to conduct further analysis for your own applications.

3. Payment Terms and Subscriptions

  • If you use a Multi-Pack, Pro-Pack, or Ultimate-Pack, you will receive a proposal and invoice once 80% of the package has been utilized, allowing you to purchase a new package.
  • If additional reports are requested without a new package being purchased or paid for, these reports will be treated as Single Pack requests and invoiced separately.

4. Use of Website and Content

  • All data and content on the Climate-Data.info website, including reports, charts, and analyses, are the property of JvE Advice and are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. Users may only use this content for their own information and strategic decision-making.
  • It is prohibited to copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from Climate-Data.info without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • The climate data reports provided by JvE Advice are prepared with care, but we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the data. JvE Advice is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our reports or services.

6. Changes to the Terms

  • JvE Advice reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We recommend regularly checking this page to stay informed of any changes. The revised terms take effect upon publication on the website.
